EDIT boards are constructed with first quality blanks. currently we are using US blanks and Surf Blanks America(preferred)for our blanks. we use S-CLOTH on all our glass jobs. it is a stronger more expensive cloth and we have found over the years,with team riders,that it makes a huge difference than the usual E-CLOTH. so all EDIT boards get the S-CLOTH. we hand shape and we use CAD surfboard software for a lot of our models. you will actually have your own file when ordering a custom. this allows us to make subtle changes along the way in order to continually "dial in" your board allowing for "your" board to become refined to your subjective needs and surfing/wave style. customs take as little as 2 weeks to build(clear- no color) and 3-4 weeks max. if you have any questions or would like to order a custom drop us a line.
